Social Care

Our social carers are there to help you or a loved one get out of the house. Whether it’s an opportunity to meet up with friends and family, enjoy the outdoors or visit a place of interest. Mobility does not have to hold you back and keep you prisoner in your own home. Our social carers are carefully selected, responsible and experienced in providing social care. You can be sure you’ll be good hands. You or a loved one may be eligible to have some or all of your social care funded by the local authority. To find out more please see our Receiving Care page. If you have any questions or queries – big or small regarding Social Care, do contact our support team on 0178 9299 822. Alternatively, fill in the contact form on our Contact Page and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
